Team Ohio

September 26, 1961 - April 15, 2016

A Hero In Life And In Death

Beloved husband, father, grandfather. Michael Keith Fultz served with the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Police Department for 25 years. He was a Field Training Officer, Mobile Patrol Officer and Bicycle Patrol Officer. He always had a smile on his face and never met a stranger. After he retired, he moved to his hometown of Sidney, OH. He was riding his bicycle when he was hit by a negligent driver and ultimately died from blunt force trauma (massive brain bleed). In his passing, he was able to save several lives through organ donation, give the gift of sight to others through cornea donation, and helped countless others through bone and tissue donation.
